Today I donned the newest release from Legal Insanity, the “Amaya” bikini. It comes in a wide variety of styles and colors…alligator, boho, crocodile, serpent, and snake. I rather liked the texture detail on snake in natural, so I slipped it on and went to visit one of my favorite beaches…Baja Norte. Oh and I can’t get enough of my Legal Insanity Jones cowboy hat so had to grab that too! 😉
Amarelo Manga is having an open casting for print models and being as I am fresh onto the modeling scene I had to enter! I loved their line of swimwear and found it appealed to the island girl in me. (I am Puerto Rican, though born and raised on the mainland United States.) Enjoy tropical flavors, which is what guided my selection of items from Amarelo Manga. Wish me luck in the competition! 😉
Like many of us in Second Life, I have a few very special people in my virtual life. One of which is a woman I will always consider my SL Mom, no matter the avatar I use…and that is Lark (Discovering.Destiny). It was she who finally got me onto the runway years go, before I made modeling a real pursuit of mine in SL. I remember being so flattered that she would ask me to wear her designs in a fashion show. I was overjoyed that she would come to my graduation and I hope she saw a world of change in my modeling ability from the day I walked for her to my graduation from AVENUE. (Besides being way too skinny in her mind! lol) I am always surprised and honored she would give gifts of her fashions to me, and she did again after the graduation. I thought it fitting for me to style and blog her outfit, for she really was the first designer to see the model in me. Love you Lark! MUAH!
I was thrilled to be accepted as a blogger for Legal Insanity. They will always have a special place in my SL because they were a huge part of a highlight of my SL experience, my AVENUE Models Academy graduation! 😀 So here goes my first blogging of a couple of their new releases, the Ascot Flat Cap and the Shelley Opened Sweater.
